Building Neighborhoods Together (formerly Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust)

Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust is presently managing two pipeline projects: South End Commons and East Main Street Redevelopment Project.

The Caleb Group and HOPE Partnership

This newly formed partnership intends to develop 31-unit affordable housing project in Madison, CT.

Middlesex YMCA

The Northern Middlesex YMCA is embarking on a $20 million comprehensive renovation and financing plan for its facility located at 99 Union Avenue in Middletown, CT.

The San Juan Center

The San Juan Center (SJC) has three developments in its pipeline: 164 Bartholomew Avenue, Arrowhead Block & Café, and the Clay Arsenal Homeownership project.

The Towers

The Towers at Tower Lane (The Towers) is a vibrant senior community, a HUD Building located in the Hill Section of New Haven.

  • Two Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston AHP Funds totaling $1,300,000 in grant awards and $4,000,000 in subsidized loans.
  • Four Connecticut Housing Finance Authority HTCC Awards totaling $1,300,000 in tax credits.
  • City of New Haven HOME Fund award in the amount of $350,000.
  • City of New Haven Tax Abatement Agreement cumulative value of $1,000,000 over 20 years.
  • State of CT, Department of Revenue Services, NAA in the amount of $300,000.
  • HUD Fair Housing Grant in the amount of $125,000.
