The Towers plans to develop a third building (“Tower Three”) to advance the organization’s mission and expand its housing operations. The new Tower will redevelop surplus land within The Towers campus. The project will feature create a new mixed-age, mixed-income and mixed-use community welcoming to all. Tower Three will be designed to be visually unique and has the potential to serve as an identifier of the City of New Haven.
