The $10.1 million Phase I renovation reimagined and expand 30,000 square feet of ground-floor common and program spaces. Completed with funding by the US Department of Urban Development and State of CT, Department of Housing the renovation includes new dining and wellness facilities, multiple community gathering spaces, upgraded elevators, and landscaped outdoor amenities, reaffirming The Towers’ role as a cornerstone of senior living and community in New Haven for more than 50 years. Construction was completed in August 2025.
