The Salvin Building redevelopment project will feature an increase in the number of resident units from 4 to 8, including newly renovated 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments with updated kitchens and bathrooms, modern building systems, energy-efficient improvements, and enhanced safety features. The project will provide 3,451 square feet of commercial space on the ground level, which will be fully renovated to support future business tenants. As part of The San Juan Center’s Arrowhead Redevelopment initiative, the Salvin Building redevelopment will contribute to ongoing revitalization efforts taking place in the area.
