The El Pocito Dulce project will replace the former El Pocito Dulce Market, redeveloping vacant and underutilized land into newly constructed affordable housing. The proposed ~21,000 sq. ft. structure will feature 19 residential units, including 1- and 2-bedroom units, and resident common areas. The project will serve a mix of incomes, ranging from 25% – 80% AMI. Located across the street from the Dunkin Park Stadium and within walking distance of the train station, the project aims to enhance connectivity and create a bridge between Downtown Hartford and North Hartford.
