164 – 166 Bartholomew Avenue located in Hartford consists of 11 single room occupancy (SRO) units in the Parkville neighborhood. Renovations included the replacement of the back porch and stairwell, renovations to the common bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen and bedrooms. All units were renovated to “like new” condition with new flooring, new windows and doors. Construction began in October 2023, after all permits were approved. The total development cost of the project is $900,000. Construction was completed in December 2024.
