Village Heights was constructed in 1969 and was rehabilitated in 2011. The Caleb Group has planned an exterior building renovation to complete necessary capital improvements to the property. The renovation will include replacement of existing apartment windows and exterior doors, improvements to the parking lots and walkways, roof replacement, exterior lighting upgrades, and replacement of boilers. The approximately $12,400,00 project will be completed in partnership with Crosskey Architects and PAC Group. Construction is expected to begin in August 2026.
