Wellington at Madison is a 31-unit development consisting of 1- and 2-bedroom rental units, and thoughtfully designed to reflect the character of its surrounding neighborhood. This $13 million project leveraged the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. 24 of the units meet Platinum LEED certification standards. The project contained 7 buildings including the historic preservation of the Meigs House. Construction was completed in February 2025.
