Open Doors is a Norwalk-based nonprofit helping individuals and families on the path to stable housing through emergency shelter, case management, meals, and supportive programs. The 24 Berkeley Street project will newly construct a 3-story building containing 5 townhouse-style rental units serving low income families. The development will be oriented to transit, walkable to major community amenities, and built to high levels of sustainability.
