The project includes the rehab of existing developments, Ferry Crossings and Spencer’s Corner, as well as a planned mixed used redevelopment near Chester’s Town Center. Through these development HOPE aims to preserve quality, affordable rental and homeownership options while supporting healthy, diverse communities and a vibrant local economy.
