South End Commons will feature 4 newly constructed two-family homes designed to include a three-bedroom owner’s unit with two bathrooms and a two-bedroom rental unit in the South End of Bridgeport. This $3.3 million project will be financed by the State of CT, Department of Housing and Connecticut Housing Tax Credit Contribution Program. The East Main Street Redevelopment project will be a newly constructed 5 story building will consist of 44 housing units near Steelpointe Harbor, train station and downtown amenities. This project will attract both public and private financing to the tune of $13 million including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
