Bridgeport Rescue Mission is a nonprofit providing essential services to the working poor and homeless across Coastal Fairfield County. BRM is in the predevelopment phase of an affordable housing project that plans to renovate its existing buildings, 1088 Fairfield Avenue and 725 Park Avenue into affordable, supportive housing for individuals and families facing homelessness, poverty, and recovery challenges. The developments will include services and supportive programming aimed at strengthening the organization’s campus-based approach to dignity, healing, and pathways to self-sufficiency.
